for 2019
What could be more Californian than Asian Fusion? That's what we'll be trying, in "9 tastes", for our Gastronomers offering in early May.
Most frequently "Asian fusion" means a culinary amalgam involving Chinese or Japanese food. Not so with the approach Starfish has taken. Their influences also come from Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, and India!
Gretchen Andrews and Archie McConnell have taken their own road and have pulled it all together in a vibrant atmosphere with upbeat energy. Great bar too!
On this night there is the Laguna Art Walk. Hopefully it will be a beautiful night and we can extend this event with a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. A free shuttle is at the end of the restaurant’s parking lot.
